Murky pale straw yellow body with a small clear white slightly creamy head that left almost blanketing lacing in one glass but close to nothing in the other. Strongish aroma of citric acid, sour citruses (lemon, lime and pineapple), bitter grassy hops and some malty undertones. Mouthfeel is full and smoothie-like with a characteristic creamy texture. Little carbonation. Juicy indeed. Flavour is less citrusy than aroma, although the citrus, grass and hoppy bitterness is still clearly present. After the initial citrus spikes of a mouthful, though, the malty sweetness of pastry-dough combines with bitterness to produce a very pleasant lasting aftertaste. If this is indeed the standard of Ārpus brewing this reviewer looks very much forward to the next sampling of their product.

Pickled pineapple, coconut, lime, lemon, wet hay, dough and some grainy notes. Taste wise the first impression was sweeter than expected, banana, pineapple, and more flowery notes. Quite balanced, smooth and pleasant. Lingers.
