Murky orange pour with some clumpy white head. Sour orange nose, white wine vinegar. Some green oily hop. Tart and herbal, big sour orange, kumquat, neutral barrel. Long finish. Tight. Dry.

On tap at The Barrel Project, pours a hazy dull golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of floral hops, citrus, acidity and oak. Flavour is less buggy than the Rakau & Montere, with dry floral, citrusy hops, mixed bugs, and light oak. Soft, acidic and buggy finish. It's alright.

(Draught at London Beer Factory/Barrel-Project, Bermondsey, London, 20 May 2023) Hazy golden colour with brief, frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with lemon, tropical fruit, oak wood and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, oak wood, peaches, funky yeast and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty with a generous woody acidity anda good citric hop profile. Very nice.
