This Spring Bock is a light bock made in the German style of Heller Bock. It is a traditional Bavarian recipe made with the hop type Hallertau Mandarina, which contributes fresh notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Also the hop types Perle and Tradition are added. The light beer has has a lot of malt flavor, sweetness and strength.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, pale amber with a tiny, white head. Sweet, caramel malts in the nose, lightly metallic as well. Rich, clean, malty body with some late, balancing hops. Decent - bit not really all that Heller. 170816
