This Spring Bock is a light bock made in the German style of Heller Bock. It is a traditional Bavarian recipe made with the hop type Hallertau Mandarina, which contributes fresh notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Also the hop types Perle and Tradition are added. The light beer has has a lot of malt flavor, sweetness and strength.

Pale amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of toffee and dark bread, hay and citrus. Sweet malty and fruity flavour lacking in bitterness.

[ As Grauballe Forårs Bock ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, earthy malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, earthy malt, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, pale amber with a tiny, white head. Sweet, caramel malts in the nose, lightly metallic as well. Rich, clean, malty body with some late, balancing hops. Decent - bit not really all that Heller. 170816
