Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a muddled dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of red wine barrel, moderate tannins, Worcestershire sauce, and balsamic. Flavour is extremely acetic, with intense vinegar, balsamic, intense booze, and acidity. Very messy and lacking depth. Incompetent.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky ruddy brown. Dried dark fruits, gentle balsamic, and some cheap red wine barrels on the nose. Flavour ia pretty acetic with dried berried and cheap red wine. Very poor.

The eleventh of twenty-one beers for our 11th wedding anniversary. Norinfé's. Bottle 0.75l (no. 516/516!), three and half year aged. Almost clear, pretty red colored. AROMA- a bit sharp, red wine, dark grapes, sour cherry. FLAVOR- smooth, not so sharp, lightly sweet, pleasantly sour, sour cherry juice, dark grapes, red wine, strawberry, red currant, plum, touch of alcohol and barrel. Medium bodied. Great!
