Golden ale with honey and spice flavours, pleasant bitter finish.

Made with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops and matured for longer; an unconventional take on a British summertime classic.

Gravity cask at London Drinker 2014. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Pretty basic aroma of hay and pale bread. Light sweet flavor with odd smoky mineral notes, grassy bitterness, more hay, dry pale malts. Light in body with fine carbonation; OK condition. Further out-of-place smoke and minerals to finish with a bit of lemon rind and dry pale bread. So so.
