355 ml can, from Left Field Beer, England. ABV is 6.5%. Hazy dark purple colour, moderate pink head. Aroma of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, apples and kiwi fruit. Thick mouthfeel with pulp. Flavour of said fruits and berries, moderately sour and medium sweet.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark purple in color with a dark pink-ish foamy two and a half fingers of head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did some light lace appeared
Aroma: sweet kiwi, dark berry sweetness and tartness and blending to a bit of a jammy/sort of quality; subtle green apple further down in there - somewhat tart
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to tart quality with a lighter note of sour further down in there; finishes leaning into the kiwis and dark berries
Texture: medium bodied, some sort of sessionability to this; some smoothness; good carb level
Overall: nice pastry sour ale that could be dessert on a Summer's evening by itself - it seemed thick enough at least.

* Very nice, unusual pastry sour. *
Cloudy purple. Quickly done white head. Sweet, berries, berry-sour, light kiwi. Full body. Chewy texture. Light sour finish.

I don't know about this but aromas are yeasty berries and dirty underwear. Flavors are much better - loses the dirty underwear and I get creamy sweet tart berries and fruit. Kind of good but not too special.

Can. A- Apple, dark berries. A- Purple color, cloudy liquid, minimal head. T- Apple, blackberry, fruity, medicinal. P- Medium body, thick texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Very smoothie like. 10 years ago, Prairie was a find and a treat. Now, it seems like they put out just anything anytime. It's not bad beer but it isn't what I associated from years past with Prairie.
