Manchester-style bitter which pours a bright golden colour. Bracingly bitter and dry, Made North has light malt aromas and flavours of earthy, floral and very moreish English hops.

Cask at the Three Hounds Beer Cafe & Bottle Shop. Nose is honey, baked apple, splash of kiwifruit. Taste is much the same. Spicy fruity undertones.

Half cask from Piccadilly Tap, Manchester. Pours a clear light gold with smooth white head once settled, nice lacing. Notes of cereal, melon, hint of mango and biscuit but that's being generous. Its extremely bland. Lovely smooth mouthfeel, modest bitterness.
It's brewed for an audience that that likes cask but doesn't want too much flavour in their ales. I would have thought that those guys would already have their favourites and wouldn't turn to Thornbridge but I could be wrong.

Hand-pulled half-pint in The Salopian on 30th October 2023. Very pale golden body, white crust. Floral nose with a resinous undertone, taste is a little malty with a citrus hint or two, but all very subtle and pretty 'bland'.

Pale blond with lasting head. Aroma of farts, sulphur and icing sugar. Flavour is less weird but just plain.
