Bottle. A- Floral, prairie grass, honey. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, no head. T- Honey, floral, mild marshmallow. P- Medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation, balanced finish. O- A touch of booze harshness but a lovely wildflower honey flavor. There is indeed a marshmallow flavor as suggested from the Meadowfoam flower. Pretty solid traditional mead.
