Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Draft/Fest. A- Barn wood, sour, slightly peppery. A- Brownish color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Dark fruits, whisky, oak mild cola, faint cocoa, mild funk, mild straw, tart. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Really a lot going on here and it's great. Some complex flavors that really need some time to consider. Maybe not my favorite New Belgium special sour but still better than most breweries can do.
