Bottle. A- Lime, mild sourness, saison spice. A- Gold color, clear liquid, fizzy white head. T- Limes, mild juniper, funky, tart, mildly acidic. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- 2022 version. A true delight. I love that Off Color makes 8 oz bottles but also hate them for it because I want much more than 8 oz of this beer. Really nice saison/sour. Lots of lime and just a touch of gin barrel honestly. Wouldn't even mind a bit more. The puncheon adds a lovely bright tangy and funky flavor. Awesome!
