Bottle. A- Honey, faint spice, mild bread dough. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, no head. T- Honey, faint grass. P- Medium body, slightly oily texture, flat carbonation, balanced finish. O- Well done. Strong honey flavor with hints of floral and native grass like tones. Good for a basic mead.

Sample at the tasting room during The Upside Down Cake And Cherry Cyser Release! on 09/08/2018. Clear yellow-gold color with patchy legs on the glass. Floral honey aroma with a bit of fruit in the background. Medium to full body with a sweet and floral honey flavor. The finish is sweet and smooth with a floral honey aftertaste. Above average overall.

Poured a dark golden color. Strong tannin and some honey on the aroma. The flavor was sweet and woody with strong tannin. Long finish. Full bodied.
