Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is somewhat fruity with notes of orange and grapefruit zest, cherries, and green grapes. Medium light herbal notes with a slight peppery note. Light grain and hints of oak and alcohol. Pours a hazy, orange color with some amber/copper hues and a medium large, medium thick, fluffy white head. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a light acidity and light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate hop notes with nice citrus zest and a bit of an herbal note. Slight floral notes as well as some grass and peppery notes. Hints of oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid hoppy saison. The hop notes really add a bunch of citrus character that works well with the typical house SARA saison fermentation characteristics.
