Draught at Bottleworks, Seattle. Lear golden with a wispy white head. Sour throughout with wine notes, tart tropical fruity, some yeast, and light funk. So clean. Absolutely delicious. Had a couple rounds with it instead of bouncing through the tap list.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Monkish Haiku De Saison ].Unclear - hazy medium golden yellow color with a small to average, quick, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, straw - yeast, citrus, moderate yeasty, spicy, herbal, wine - white wine, oak - wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, citrus, herbal, saison yeast, wine - grapes - white wine, oak - wood dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle shared at Ratebeer awards show. 30/01/2016. Many thanks to brokenSail. A hazed yellow / pineapple juice coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is nice tangy pineapple and citrus fruits, straw and raw grains. Flavour is composed of sour tangy citrus, zesty, tangerine and lemon rind. Palate is refreshing and tangy, highish carbonation. Really nice.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, wheat, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, wheat, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@yesprs - Golden yellow pour with tiny to no white head. Aroma and taste is zesty citric fruity, with some notes of lemon, straw, hay, light grass and floral hoppy notes, white grapes, grapeskin, nice white wine soaked wooden nuances into the finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy, herbal and estery. Mild fruity. Dry,citric and slight wineous. Lingering fruity and mild ciyric finish.
