DIPA DDH with Galaxy, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo
We paired two of our favorite hops (Mosaic and Galaxy) and dry-hopped twice for this new Double IPA! The result is a gigantic tropical hop aroma, with subtle bitterness balancing the malt sweetness. We used the Conan strain to push stonefruit aromatics. Otherwise it’s what you expect from us: hazy, juicy hops, and soft oatiness.

Can shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Opaque, bright yellow, thin cap of head, tracing, lacing. Aroma is strong grapefruit, mild wood, citrus, bordering on herb. Taste is strong lemony citrus, grapefruit, hint of wood, bordering on herb. Smooth, creamy, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Excellent strength and complexity.

16 oz can. Aroma has soft tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit-ish. Flavor shows peach, mango, passion fruit. The hops shine with very little bitterness. Medium body with a smooth texture. Lightly chewy. Real, real good!

Can. Pours cloudy yellow, medium white head, great lacing. Aroma is dank, tropical, fruity. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Juicy and dank, no burn. Hazy dine right. Medium body
