Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is vinous with moderately strong notes of pinot noir grapes and must. Hints of SARA funk with light grain notes and hints of oak. Light alcohol notes. Pours a fairly clear reddish rosé color with a medium sized, thick, frothy, slightly pink head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat acidic with a light sweetness and light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong notes of pinot noir grapes with some light must. Hints of lemon and stone fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid beer with quite a bit of grape character. I didn't find the beer particularly acidic but it had nice grape notes with a bit of fruity, fresh grape notes. Not much saison funk coming through. Still an enjoyable beer.
