Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is classic SARA with lots of lemon, pineapple, pear and stone fruit. Moderate phenolic notes of lemongrass, pepper, clove and grass. Light oak notes. Pours a slightly hazy, pale, golden orange with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with a light sweetness and a light grain note. Light oak notes and hints of tannins. Moderate pear, green grapes, pineapple, lemon and apricot. Light herbal and grassy notes with pepper, lemongrass and clove. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. Solid SARA funk with a nice fruitiness. Decent background oak notes and a bit of a phenolic note.
