Blend of barrel-aged stouts conditioned on vanilla beans.
Batch four of Beyond Forever again beckons its original inspiration, 2010 Goose Island Vanilla Rye. This year's vintage showcases all rye barrels and two double-barrel threads. The blend was conditioned on 2 lbs./bbl of the signature Private Press vanilla blend of Ugandan, Tahitian, and Ecuadorian vanilla beans. Beyond Forever is rich, bold, and full of toasted marshmallow character, semi-sweet chocolate, and toffee. The finish presents a vanillin effervescence and has a long, dark chocolate chip finish.

Bottle. Pours deep opaque near black, small brown head, decent lacing. Aroma has notes of vanilla fudge, bourbon; whoah, it really is fudge. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light bitter; a kiss of vanilla on a fudgy beer tempered by light bourbon notes. Full body, creamy.
