Bottle thanks to Labuzz. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is mineral, cherry pit, oak. Slick body, funky, wood, mineral, light cherry, enjoyed this.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly fruity and cherry forward with lighter notes of green apple, apricot and lemon. Light herbal funkiness. Light grain notes and hints for alcohol. Light oak notes. Pours a slightly hazy, reddish orange with a medium sized, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a light acidity and light grain notes. Low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong cherry notes with hints of lemon, green grapes and apricots. Light herbal funkiness and hints of oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid cherry wine barrel saison. Really nice barrel notes with good sweetness and malt character.

On tap at Tørst. Pours pinkish rosé. Funk, barnyard, sweet cherry, hefty barnyard, minerally, almost a blue cheese level of funk. Nice spritz. Bit of an unpleasant metallic funk aftertaste but otherwise very good.
