Bottle. Pours clear golden, tiny pinkish hint, small white head, good residual and lacing. Aroma is hay, brett, farm, stonefruit, lemon. Flavor is light tart light plus funk. Light body, spritzy carb. Lovely

Bottle at home in NH. Pours mostly clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with sturdy tartness, nips of apple, fresh tart plum, modest acidity. Light bodied with spritzy, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, more tart plums, mellow citric bite. Great stuff.
