Tap at GTMW. Sweet, heavy, rich, decadent. Syrupy and over the top, but really excellent for the style.

Bottle at the LC member, 1/17/25.
Clear, very dark, syrupy. Little/no head.
Polished nose with well-structured bourbon and no dominance of adjunct. Not boozey, but very spicy with slight lead and lots of vanilla. Drier toffee and long bakers chocolate lingering.
Chocolate, raisin, vanilla and toffee demonstrate classic bourbon stout characteristics. Deft balance with a touch of syrupy texture but perfectly attenuated. Warming but not boozey. A well-restrained but big and flavorful stout.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong chocolate, vanilla, wood, bourbon. Thick body, chewy, chocolate, roast, wood, boozy, enjoyed this.

Tap. Pours clear black, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is fudge, bourbon, cocoa, vanilla. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light bitter. Merlin plus body
