On tap at Oakland Arbor location. Aroma is balanced notes of grain, SARA funk and barrel. Nice notes of stone fruit, green grapes and lemons with a bit of mango. Light oak notes. Light grain and alcohol notes. Pours a fairly clear, golden yellow with a small, thick, white head that persists. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is a bit acidic with a light sweetness and light grain notes. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly fruity with nice stone fruit, lemon and green grape notes. Hints of mango and oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid saison befitting it's purpose. Nice SARA funk with some oak and mango notes. A bit of acidity but not too sharp.

Bottle. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is buttery stonefruit, tannins, sara bugs, lemon, straw. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk. Light body, soft mouthfeel. Like one of the better Nonnas.
