This is a beautiful pilsner with a generous, long-lasting head that adorns the glass. The taste is pleasantly malty and has a distinct bitterness, but it's often unpleasant and lingering, and the overall beer can be iron-like.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Zaskakujaco przyzwoity, zbozowy, niestety dosc slodki, z ryczka, bez utlenienia... metalicznosci i tak nigdy nie czuje... pozytwnie dosc jak na oczekiwania

Bottle by my colleague Michal. Brutally metallic both in aroma and flavour. There is not much more going on in this beer. I do not enjoy drinking it.

Barwa złota, klarowne, piana biała, umiarkowanie obfita, umiarkowanie trwała. W aromacie trochę DMSu, słodowość, lekki metal, trochę nut chmielowych. W smaku słodowe, słodkawe, lekko metaliczne, mokre zboże, leciutko się jakiś chmiel przebija w postaci trawiastości. Goryczka średnia, wysycenie nieco za wysokie, treść w normie. Nie byłoby najgorsze, gdyby nie dość wyraźne wady. Tak to mocno przeciętne piwo.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Zamkowy Raciborski Pils ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, straw, malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, straw, malt, pale malt, fruity malt, sweet malt, hop bitter, dry, grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170111] 6-3-6-3-12

zapach średnio przyjemny, słody, trochę cebuli, jabłka, ostry, nieprzyjemny, jakby stare piwo też. kolor złoty, klarowny, ale w toni pływa pełno małych drobinek. piana biała, średnio obfita, szybko znika, ale zostaje cienka warstwa. w smaku pełne, ale podobnie jak w zapachu, stare słody, coś ostrego, jabłko, kasza gryczana. goryczka dość wysoka, ale nieprzyjemna, krótka, ale bardzo ściągająca. nasycenie średnie.

bottle from Browarium. Clear deep golden colour with a small but stable white head. Malty nose. Medium-bodied with a good malty base, biscuity, almost chewable. Shy aromatic and pleasant bitter hops are there, resulting in a bitter-sweet character. Smooth on the palate - it is clear that this beer has had enough time to develop. Unexcited but very well crafted. I am glad that besides all the fancy beers with exciting new hops (delicious as the are) there are still traditional breweries in Poland that produce high quality lager the time-honoured way and give their beers enough time. In my opinion, this beer is highly underrated!
