Brick Field Brown is our homage to the English brown ale. This is a well balanced and full bodied beer, brewed with all-British barley and Golden Naked Oats, and partnered with Willamette hops from the USA. Earthy demerara sugar, smooth caramel and hazelnuts fill the palette.

Hand pumped at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours a beautiful dark brown, with some nice red reflections, and with very fine cream foam. Aroma is malty, but weak. Body is fairly light, with no carbonation. Taste is toasty, slightly bitter, and with very subtle sweetness. Final is dry, clean.

Rich roasty maltiness in-mouth with bitter chocolate and a lush mocha coffee flavour. Roasty finish with bitterness developing on the upper mouth. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear orangey brown with a small, lacing, beige head. Subtle roast and nut aroma, but also a very unpleasant, unclean tang. Medium body, sweet caramel, roast and nuts but again this extremely unpleasant almost rotten flaw. I kinda hope something is seriously wrong here, as I really don't hope this is how it was intended. 291121
