Brick Field Brown is our homage to the English brown ale. This is a well balanced and full bodied beer, brewed with all-British barley and Golden Naked Oats, and partnered with Willamette hops from the USA. Earthy demerara sugar, smooth caramel and hazelnuts fill the palette.

Rödbrun färg med tunn skumslöja. Jordig, sädig arom med en antydan av brända karameller. Karamellig och brända gummidäck blandas med en relativt mjuk men vattnig munkänsla.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Dark nut brown, small head. Aroma of chocolate and autumn leaves. Mid dry with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Chocolate, caramel, earth and leaves. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle from Systembolaget. A sophsiticatdd, almost schwarzbier aroma. Mahogany brown appearance. A smooth brew with some butch body yet light enough finish. Definitely demererrara in there and hazelnut as suggested. Nice work.
