Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, mandarino, frutto della passione e frutta tropicale.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a rich, off-white head. Very, very faint hop aroma atop some base caramel. Rich, sweet caramel body with next to no bitterness. Good aroma hops are a total waste if you don't use them for dryhopping. Both Sabro and Galaxy are distinct hop varieties but I can hardly find them here. And that's the story every time with so-called IPA's from commercial breweries. 200422

golden, smalll head. fruity crisp hoppy, honey, herbal hoppy fresh spring like aroma. not bad, but perhaps a bit too herbal-flowery. flavor is the same quite herbal-flowery, almost like perfume, but a really solid hop ooomph, much more agressive than what i would have expected from the willemoes label, and a positive surprise. so what do we have... a very flowery otherwise quite potent ipa , a bit thin bodied but lots of hops bitterness and flavor. they would not have dared to do this 10 years ago, just sayin'...

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Dark amber colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, grasses, fruits and pines. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Dry and bitter finish.

ABV: 6.5%. Light cloudy medium amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity hops, light hop oil. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light bitter with a average duration, hop oil, burnt sugar - burnt malt, caramelized malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, light caramel - sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200417]

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Weak aroma of citrus and flowers. Malty flavour with citrus, a touch of cardboard and a sharp grapefruit-like bitterness.
