Robe rousse affirmée. Très fine en bouche, sans amertume. Élégante et racée, très aromatique.

Rousse is made from 70% blonde barley and is more firm in terms of structure with high-toned, malty cherry flavors and ample minerality.

hazy orange to brown colour with reddish notes, huge, though not too stable beige-ish head; aroma of honeycomb toffee, dried apricot, some berries, slight vinous and rye bready notes; taste is similar to the aroma with definite red wine and some acetic notes; not that bad

Bottle 750ml. [ As Voirons Lug Bière Rousse ].Matt - grey medium amber orange color with a small average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt, light toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat - yeast, sweet malt, pale malt, yeast, minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161229] 6-3-6-3-11

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty. Light bretty. Toasted dark malty. Bitter. Toasted and slight caramelish. Bitter and light fruity. Toasted finish.
