Ängelholms Bryggeri släpper sin första öl i hyllning till stadens 500 års jubileum 2016.
Inspirerade av Ängelholms kontakt med havet gör vi detta med en härlig söderhavsinspirerad pilsner.
Humlen har vi hämtat från Nya Zeeland och Australien.
Ängelholms Pacific Pilsner håller sommarkänslan kvar året runt.
Aromatiskt och stor i smaken med en explosion av olika smaker som ger associationer till havet, stranden och palmer.
Fruktig, humlearomatisk smak med tydlig beska, inslag av ananas, ljust bröd, mango, färska örter och grapefrukt.

[ As Helsingborgs Pacific Pilsener ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, hops oil. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, hop oil, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled at SBWF. Almost clear golden, small head. Perfumy nose with passionfruit and lychee. Mid dry with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Lots of sweaty passionfruit. Mid bitter finish.
