This lager ist matured with wild yeast cultures for 4 months in steel tank. It is unique to enjoy a well lagered beer that has a fresh taste of wild fermenttion. To reminisce of the style‘s origins it is finished with a dryhop addition of German Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. A simple, but exquisite beer that will be divine with Nordic Smorrebrod, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Unclear dark golden with a small disappearing head. Brett, funk, fermented hay, barn yard, dry unripe green apples, lemon juice, lactic acid, fermented sarma cabbage, sea salt. Dry acidic sourness, slightly salty. Medium to light bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry acidic funky sour finish. An excellent Wild Lager, very complex aroma, refreshing taste. Great!

Bottle, 5%. Citric and acidic aroma, woody, lemony. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is lemony, slightly funky with a touch of salt. Lemon juice. Low bitterness. The flavour is less complex than the aroma.

Bottle, a birthday present from MiP. Pours slightly hazy pale lime green with airy white head. Clear aroma of wild yeast, with touches of malt. Dry flavour of wild yeast, with malty hints and spicy touches. Intensely dry aftertaste with malty hints. A nice pure sour. Thank you, my friend!
