Bottle, 5%. Citric and acidic aroma, woody, lemony. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is lemony, slightly funky with a touch of salt. Lemon juice. Low bitterness. The flavour is less complex than the aroma.

Bottle, a birthday present from MiP. Pours slightly hazy pale lime green with airy white head. Clear aroma of wild yeast, with touches of malt. Dry flavour of wild yeast, with malty hints and spicy touches. Intensely dry aftertaste with malty hints. A nice pure sour. Thank you, my friend!

On tap at Bogholderiet. Hazy pale golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with citrus and a touch of popcorn. Dry and tart fruity flavour.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours clear yellow no head, little foam. Aroma of malt, light sourness, yeast, wood, tart fruit. Flavor is lightly sour, malt, yeast, wood, tart fruit, little citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 100624

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of funk, lemons, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, straw, and other fruit, leading to a tart finish.
