Imperial Stout with Vegan Marshmallows, Graham Cracker, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Beans, and Natural Favors
It's a lot of work to make a great s'more! You need to build a fire, find a stick, get the marshmallow nice a gooey, and assemble with the chocolate and graham cracker. We did the work for you with Nicely Toasted! Starting with a new Imperial Stout base that includes malts that bring toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker notes. Then adding "real" s'more ingredients to take it the rest of the way!

2 February 2025. New Year Tasting with Tim & Anke - cheers! Can from Stacks.
A: cloudy black, stable, small, foamy, dark beige head.
A: milk chocolate, actual chocolate milk, chocolate sauce, vanilla, almond, dark fudge.
T: sweet milk chocolate, fudge, vanilla, chocolate cookie, touch of mocha.
F: vague peppery hops, chocolate & fudge, soft cream jenever-like alcohol warmth.
P: full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Pastry all the way, but nowhere artificial or annoyingly sweet.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, lots and lots of chocolate milk, good roast, vanilla, caramel, very nice! MF: ok carbon, full body, creamy texture. Taste: sugary, alcohol, lots of caramel, alcohol, gentle roast, sweet, vanilla, a bit oxidized. Aftertaste: a bit roasted, coffee, vanilla, more oxidation, caramel, maple syrup, a little bitter, pretty good roast in the finish, very pleasant one!
