Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a beige head. Oxidized caramel malty nose. Rich malty, nutty biscuity flavors - not overwhelmingly sweet though. Some finishing bitterness. A fairly solid Dunkler Bock. 041022

Bottle from the brewery. Clear amber brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, light nutty and light honey. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 070622

Bottle from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours dark reddish chestnut with large creamy offwhite head. Aroma is caramel, rye bread, malt syrup and hints of sweet liquorice. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body id light creamy with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, fudge, biscuits, dried fruit, hints of sweet liquorice and copper.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Clear amber colour with a reddish tinge. Thin, off white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits and grasses. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Sweet finish with fruits and vegetables.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight herbal. Bitter, sweet and toasted malt. Slight fruity. Bitter and dry herbal finish.
