Cask (handpump) @ Shakespeare’s Ale & Cider House, 146-148 Gibralter St, Sheffield - Kelham Island, South Yorkshire, England S3 8UB. [ As Merrie City Cascadian ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, carame, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, plastic. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, grass, plastc - burnt plastic, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Well-kept cask ale at Whalebone, shared with Finn. A white head blanketing the glass. Hazy golden body. Fruit hoppy nose with a basement touch. succulent taste of peach and orange leading to a modest fruit bitter ending. Average for the style (Hull, 25.11.2015).

Fra cask på Whalebone Hull 25 Nov 15. Delt med Rune. Gyldenbrun. Lavt tett skum. Tett lacing. Beskjeden aroma av plommer. Smalen balansert. Lett syrlig frukt med en behagelig tørr bitter ettersmak.

Cask at the Stockbridge tap. Pours clear golden, nose is toffee, floral, rubber, taste is light fruit and burnt rubber.

Cask @ Railway Inn, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a thin head. Hopped with a heavy texture. Has a mild sweetness and a mild fruitiness.

Cask at the Broad Street Tavern, Wokingham. Pale amber with a loose white head; orangey aroma; sweet and fruity taste with a biscuity body; and a bitter marmalade finish. A pleasant golden ale.

Cask at the Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Poured a clear straw colour with little life. The aroma is fruity malt. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a big tropical fruit, woody hop bitter, light spice palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
