Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Mostly clear, pale gold, until I gave it a swirl and tipped in the yeast when it went beautifully hazy and creamy looking. Dense foam of white. Nose has rhubarb. Rhubarb yoghurt. Some flora. Some wheat and sweet grain. Taste has a light, fruity sweetness but is mostly dry and lime zest tart. Light body. Lots of foamy carbonation. Dry and light tart finish.
