Cask @ Plough, Worcester. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, fruits, wood, little whisky notes and has a nice sour finish.

Cask @ The Plough, Worcester. Clear golden without head. Aroma is sweet apples, green apples and light whisky. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 290717

Polycask or BIB at The Plough, Worcester, Saturday 4th January 2014. Warm gold still, little hazy. Buzzy apples but softened by whisky cask ageing which actually doesn’t swamp this cider by its presence. Wonderful tangly sharp apples really nice. A bit of nail varnish and oak on nose, very good. Bottle from Trinity News, Worcester. Slightly hazy, pale amber with no carbonation. Dryish fruit aroma, with some apple juice and smooth whisky hints. Easy drinking, with a touch of tart barnyard dryness to begin before sweetish smoothness and a short dry finish. Enjoyable and full of character.
