Cask @ St. Jude’s. No head. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt, hops and has a nice fruity finish.

Cask @ St. Jude brewery Tawern, Ipswich. Pours dark brown with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light caramel, little wood, grass. Flavor is sweet, malt, caramel, wood, light grass. Medium body, soft carbonation, light sweet finish. 150217

Cask @ St. Jude Brewery Tavern, Ipswich. Clear brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light nutty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 150217

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough. Deep amber, thick off white head. A toasty bitter with some balancing acidity and yeast. Good condition. A yeasty best bitter with plenty of character. Even a bit of farmyard to the yeast. Clearly not great, but interesting.
