Tap@Fermentoren, Aarhus - hazy yellow pour with white head. Aroma and taste holds promenient apricot, some zesty citrus lemony notes, yeasty, has a unexpected but pleasant sour edge chiming in with a tart finish. Very nice.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a lightly hazed, very pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma has big apricot notes with hints of lemon, wheat and pepper. Mostly fresh, ripe fruit. The flavor has more apricot, lemon, grass and pepper. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Peppery yeast finish. Really well done. The balance of fruit and Saison character is spot on.
