Very hazy orange - gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has a reasonable fine carbonation. A mild milky - creamy sweetness in the light malts. Nice orange - lemon citrus, mildly tart but never sour. Touch of tangerine and then a tangy light finish. Nicely light and fruity - refreshing.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. As Cloudwater / Yeastie Boys Leningrad Sour. Cloudy, dark yellow. Skim of white head. Lovely, pineapple and grapefruit hop first off. A little earthy, pithy, and spicy. Some sour tang. Taste is light tart, with some dryness. Clean, crisp, sharp palate. Finishes dry, and slightly sour, with a little sticky sweetness on the lips. Nicely hopped up sour.

Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Café, Halifax. Clouded amber yellow with a very thin head. A dry tasting sour ale, which certainly subdues its sourness, although it’s evident but mild in the palate with some fruitiness found.
