Bottle, 2023 vintage. Pours inky black with a small brown head, decent lacing. Aroma is heavy vanilla, fudge, bourbon. Flavor is sweet, light plus bitter. Heavy heavy vanilla. Way too much; eats the barrel notes. Full body, a bit hot.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen (22/10/2023) - Sweet and roasted dark malty aroma and taste, layers of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla stacking up, some dried fruit accents, full bodied with a bourbon and vanilla accented dark warming malty finish. Gorgeous.

500ml bottle pours out black topped with a small tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate roast malts vanilla coffee and bourbon barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts vanilla coffee and bourbon.

Hmm. Pours with a weird coca cola fizzy like head, aroma of bourbon, vanilla, taste of chocolate, Bourbon, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, some coconut, sweet texture is s bit on the (too) thin side, still nice, can sip on this for a while …
