Stile classico dei piccoli birrifici belgi. Color oro leggermente opalescente, schiuma abbondante e perlage molto vivace. Il mix di due lieviti le dona un bouquet aromatico di frutta bianca e pepe bianco, seguito da sentori di fieno bagnato e con una leggera nota floreale e citrica aggiunta dal luppolo. Orzo, frumento, farro e avena ne ammorbidiscono il finale, comunque secco. Complessa nella sua semplicità, fragrante e appagante per il palato.

lattina 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore oro chiaro torbido, al naso classico aroma Saison spezie tanti agrumi pepe bianco note floreali, in bocca pepe cariandolo agrumi limone note arbacee, corpo medio/leggero, carbonazione forte, amaro moderato, media secchezza. On tap at La Belle Alliance, Milano. Hazy yellow, medium white head. Yeasty, some wheat, some fruit and peach. Soft texture. Medium bodied.
