500ml bottle from HoTM. It pours slightly hazy yellow - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, green, weedy, dank, spring onions, great depth of fruitiness both green and stone, gooseberry, melon, white grape, apricot jam, mango, peach, nectarine and grapefruit. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness, green, more dank than usual kernel, pine needles, grassy, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, stone fruits, mango, apricot, peach, peppery spice, also some gooseberry, melon and starfruit with a drying, zesty finale. I can't get enough of this beer. Huge depth of flavour. Exquisite. Utterly drinkable.
