Bitter, toasty malt, sort of smokey phenol note. The malts just don'�t support the hops well here -overly bitter, astringent, not quite balanced.

Tap at Pearl, Brewpub, with Matthijs and Shannon, 26th February 24. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is citrus and aromatic, pine. Taste is aromatic and pine resin, malts, nice classical IPA

Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and dark malt flavor with light pine. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with dark malt.

(Tap) clear, very bright orange amber colour with a small white head; aroma of jam; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish; creamy palate
