Dark golden amber colour and small off-white head. White grapes, light toffee in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Some fruityness, toffee, alcohol. Easy. TCBW 2025.

TCBW2025. Copper colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is plum, dried fruits, mild caramel and some alcohol to it. Flavour is plum, dried fruits, some caramel, mild wooden and some vanilla tones along with mild alcohol as well as some slight whiskey sweetness. Pleasant sipper.

On tap at Liquiderie, pours a dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of sherry-like oxidation, toffee, brown sugar, and a touch of whiskey barrels. Flavour is much the same, with bready toffee, caramel, whiskey barrels, and a pleasant sherry-like oxidation. Real nice balance and complexity. Very good.

Nose is fruit cake mix, toffee, toasted brown sugars, raisins, dates, light booze.
Taste comprises caramel, stewed fruits, figs, balanced whisky strokes, raisins, toffee, toasted brown sugars, light vinous oak.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid BA BW.

Clear amber beer, good bubbly pale tan head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin but pleasing malts, toffee caramel in flavour, sweet but, not overly so. Quite the Bailey's vibe as far as the whiskey BA goes, smooth sweet creaminess with a decent showing of ripe fruits. Very mild alcohol spice on the light and semi dry finish. Tidy BW, the Irish Whiskey shines.
