(Thanks, Andy! nimbleprop) Bottle. A- Sweet, toffee, caramel. A- Dark brown color, hazy liquid, no head. T- Sweet, brown sugar, mild oak, mild alcohol. P- Medium body, thin texture, flat carbonation, sweet finish. O- At almost 12 years old this was definitely past it's prime. A bit of a sweet mess. Not a drain pour but I was ready for this one to be done before I was even halfway through. Disappointed but it's a decade old.

375ml bottle, no pop on the cork, oily deep mahogany brown with the faintest ring of white head. Nose has some raisin, dried cherries, some candy sugar, malt, a little cognac, some honey comb. Flavor is sweet with brown sugar and candy, nougat, some vanilla, raisin, date. Finishes oily, hardly any carbonation.
