Ratsumestari on tummanpuhuva, hieman vahvempi stout, jossa maltaan paahteisuus ja katkeruus kohtaavat hienovaraisen suklaan ja kahvin sävyt. Jännittävän humalointinsa ansiosta tässä oluessa voi aistia myös kevyttä sitruksista kalmankosketusta, syvyyksistä ilmestyviä tummia marjoja sekä luumun aromia.

pitxh black colour, huge, dense and long lasting brown head; aroma and taste of coffee, liquorice, anise, some soy sauce, dark chocolate and leather notes; not bad!

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 3 March 2026) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, chocolate and roasted grain. Malty, roasted taste with black coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, roasted grain and a generous coffee bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Alcohol fairly well hidden. Solid and well made stout. Very nice.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter fiish. Creamy palate.

Draught @ Delaneys, Odense. Pours Black with a small beige head. Roasted malty. Chocolate and coffee. Smoothness. A touch of burnt malts. Very traditional and Well crafted. 3.8

(Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20250516) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate, coffee and dark fruits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice and bitterness. Aftertaste had dark chocolate, cocoa powder and bitterness. A good and balanced burnt brew with sweet and ashy notes.

0,44l can. Canned 11/24, bbe 24.05.2026. Almost black beer with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malts and caramel. Flavor is roasted malts, coffee, liquorice and bitterness with ashes. Medium body. Very tasty and well balanced beer. Some old-school vibes.
