Crisp, smooth, pleasant, and refreshing. This lager is best enjoyed on the patio with some sun and maybe even with a lime on the side.
Pairs well with chicken, tortilla-based dishes, light vinaigrettes, and grilled pub fare

A blonde lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light cereals, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Had at the Clocktower brewpub in the glebe, late August 2020. Golden clean colour with a white cap, light lacing and mild carbonation. Mild citrus nose, even though I took the lime off my glass, so not sure if affecting this. Light cereal grain and hops. Kind of creamy mouthfeel with a thin mouthfeel. Decent hops adding flavours and a slight dry finish. Cereal base taste as well. A decent Cerveza.
