The hop enchantress has won us over and brought us many kilos of hops to brew a double NEIPA with our friends at Maresme Brewing. This 8.5% ABV double NEIPA, with a hazy appearance, has a golden color and white foam. On the nose, we find fruity notes of ripe pineapple and mango over a citrus base, creating the perfect combo for adding plenty of hops to this double NEIPA.
A very pleasant sip, thanks to the oats and wheat that provide a smoother mouthfeel.

Léger voile/haze doré, col fin crémeux blanc bien tenace.
Arôme est frais, d'emblée je note de beaux effluves fruités - ici tirant sur les agrumes - citron vert, melon frais avec un bouquet repris en retrait par le tropical - pamplemousse, pêche et côté de feuilles d'eucalyptus et sauge.
Palais sur une belle note fruitée - purée de mangue, papaye, note épicée en fin de bouche, malté céréales en appui avec une rondeur de l'avoine assez classique des hazy mais qui donne un effet d'épaisseur tout au long. Ekuanot apporte une touche herbacée rappelant la sauge voire les feuilles de laurier.
