Vintage 2010. Bottle, pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma has lots of bees wax, moderate sweetness, and alcohol. Flavour has plenty of bees wax, floral notes, and moderate sweetness. Fairly complex, with good sweetness and honey depth. Good stuff.

Corked bottle from the meadery, batch 4/10/7, vintage 2010, 3 years old
Measured Final Gravity: 1049
Bright yellow color. Fresh honey aroma, with limited fruitiness and light rubber. Sweet mouthfeel, distinct honey flavor, with a flowery and fruity mix, mild grapey sweetness, good alcohol management and very light bitterness in the end.
Not as vibrating as the Doux, but certainly a very straight, clean and good sweet mead.
