Very pink and lavender coloured body with a thinnish, single to two centimetre tall pinkish and off-white head - quite crazy looking indeed. Aroma of fruits, some lighter grainy malt with a pungent berry and raspberry smell, with a light tartness, but very little from any yeast, wheat or herbal bite. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong fruity flavours at first show all the berry and perhaps currant notes, but very little else, but some wheat and grain comes through and a lot of sweetness, but no yeast or wheat noticeable and no rich herbal notes that show anything close to a saison. Aftertaste shows the currant and fruit flavours, a lot of sweetness, some malts and almost nothing else - fairly subdued throughout. Overall, a pretty poor beer that shows some good fruity notes with a lot of currant, sweetness and tart flavours and little of the saison notes. Not worth trying - some of their other saison's are good, but not this one.
