Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear pale yellow color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Strings of lace. Aroma of tart lime, wheat and bready malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart lime, vanilla and pie crust. The finish is key lime and wheat. Above average overall.

Draft. A- Lime, meringue, tart. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Key lime, mild vanilla, tart, slightly sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Lots of key lime in here. Balance of sweetness and tartness. Doesn't directly say it is supposed to taste like a pie and it doesn't quite but the key lime is certainly present. Pretty good beer. Refreshing.
