330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, barely lacing, white head. Fruity and minimally grassy, waxy, hoppy as well as minimally dusty, yeasty aroma, strawy, pale malty background, hints of mandarine and mirabelle. Taste is slightly strawy, pale malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity and minimally grassy hoppy, diluted hints of lemongrass, mandarine, mirabelle, slightly waxy-zesty overtones.
Minimally oily, watery texture, soft and minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, prickly to lively carbonation.
Light, refreshing, a tad overcarbonated - nice.

"Köbi Sauphi", Fläschchen von Ambrosetti, Charlottenburg, 1.8.2025. - Hellgelb, fast klar; schwacher Schaum. - In der Nase blasse, schwach zitronige Hopfung mit ganz leisem exotischen Touch, ein Hauch von Aprikose, leicht obergärig. - Antrunk luftig hellmalzig mit Anklängen an Vanille und schwacher, blaß zitroniger Hopfung, die aber zu dem schwächlichen Körper paßt. Leise fruchtige Ale-Noten. Durchschnittlich rezent, sehr schlank. Im Abgang doch noch ganz blasse Hopfenherbe von Herkules und Co. - Leichtes, unkompliziertes und doch originelles Schankbier.

Very pale yellow golden and unclear with a fluffy head. Cereal, corn, lemon, grain, white bread and toast. Mild dryness bitterness sourness bitterness, grainy corny sweetness, slightly sourish. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry grainy corny finish. It’s a solid Schankbier, nice!

A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of mild sweet grainy malt, hints of hay. Taste of cereals, pale malt, some herbal hops, easy to drink.
